Several automakers are preparing to launch even more cars and SUVs in the coming weeks. Let’s take a look at some of the most anticipated arrivals.

Mahindra BE 6e Electric SUV

Mahindra is set to launch the BE 6e Electric SUV on November 26th. This all-new model boasts unique styling inside and out, featuring a dual screen layout, automatic AC, remote parking, chunky wheel arches, LED lights, flush type door handles, a fixed glass roof, and ADAS Level 2+. The production version and price are expected to be revealed at the launch event.

Mahindra XEV 9e

Also launching on November 26th is the Mahindra XEV 9e, Mahindra’s first coupe SUV. With its coupe-like design, the XEV 9e will sport the new Mahindra infinite loop logo and offer one of the largest boots in its segment. Inside, expect a triple screen layout and a host of luxury features. The eSUV is anticipated to deliver over 250 bhp and be equipped with an 80 kWh battery pack.

New Generation Honda Amaze

Honda will launch the new generation Honda Amaze on December 4th. Teasers have revealed a dual-tone interior with a free-standing touchscreen infotainment system (likely 10.25 inches), stylish HVAC controls, a multi-function steering wheel, a wireless charger, a semi-digital cluster, and ADAS features for enhanced safety.

New Generation Toyota Camry

The Toyota Camry, Toyota’s sole sedan offering in India, is getting a generation update on December 11th. The new design takes cues from Lexus models, and the cabin will feature a larger touchscreen, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, ADAS, and new rear seats with reclining and ventilation. The updated 2.5-liter four-cylinder petrol hybrid engine is expected to produce around 227 bhp and deliver an improved fuel efficiency of approximately 25 kmpl.

Toyota Fortuner Mild Hybrid

Toyota is also planning to launch a mild hybrid version of the popular Fortuner SUV. While the launch date hasn’t been confirmed, it’s expected before the end of 2024. The mild hybrid model, unveiled earlier this year in the international market, features a 48V system paired with the 2.8-liter diesel engine. Interior upgrades are likely to include a 360-degree camera, a larger touchscreen infotainment system, and potentially an optional ADAS suite.

MG Gloster Facelift

The MG Gloster, a competitor to the Toyota Fortuner, is due for a facelift by the end of November 2024. The updated exterior will align with the international MAXUS D90 models, showcasing a more aggressive and bulkier design. MG is expected to maintain the Gloster’s reputation for a premium and spacious cabin packed with features.

Kia Syros

Kia has confirmed the arrival of the new Syros SUV in India. Spy shots have revealed a premium and rugged appearance. While an official launch date is pending, Kia is expected to unveil the Syros before the end of 2024, with deliveries commencing in early 2025. The Syros will come equipped with premium features like ventilated front seats, a sunroof, a large touchscreen, ambient lighting, automatic climate control, and a digital instrument cluster. Engine options will include a 1.2-liter naturally aspirated petrol, a 1.0-liter turbo petrol, and a 1.5-liter diesel, paired with manual and automatic gearboxes. Kia also has plans to introduce a Syros EV in late 2025 or early 2026.
