Tournament Structure: An Open Arena

Unlike last year’s invitational format, the 2024 edition embraces an open tournament structure, allowing a broader range of national teams to vie for glory. Sixteen top teams will emerge from rigorous local qualifiers, representing a diverse range of regions, including Vietnam, Mongolia, Australia, Thailand, China, India, Singapore, Korea, the Philippines, and the Middle East. The regional representatives will be unveiled starting in November, setting the stage for an epic clash of titans at the Grand Final in Shanghai.

India Qualifiers: A Path to Glory

Aspiring Indian CS teams have a golden opportunity to etch their names in history as the India qualifiers kick off on September 20th. The qualifiers will unfold in two phases: an online first phase featuring single-elimination matches to determine the top 8 teams, followed by a local qualifier phase with a double-elimination format. The top 2 teams from this phase will then face off in a thrilling LAN final, with the ultimate victor earning the honor of representing India at the ZOWIE eXTREMESLAND CS Asia Open.
