realme has outlined its upgrade strategy for realme UI 6.0, the company’s newest Android overlay built on Android 15. This update will bring a redesigned user interface, enhanced performance, and new features to a wide range of realme devices.
realme UI 6.0 Rollout Plan
The initial rollout of realme UI 6.0 will prioritize the realme GT 6 series, and the realme 13 series. Starting in November 2024, the GT5 Pro, GT6, and GT Neo6 devices will be the first to receive the update. Following closely in December 2024, the update will be available for the realme 13 Pro+, 13 Pro, 12 Pro+, 12 Pro, GT Neo5 series, and realme 12.
The rollout will extend into the first quarter of 2025, bringing realme UI 6.0 to the realme 11 series, 10 Pro+, 10 Pro, realme 13, and the V60 series. realme plans to announce a second wave of eligible devices for the update in March 2025.
realme UI 6.0: Key Enhancements
realme UI 6.0 introduces a revamped interface focused on a smooth and intuitive user experience. The update includes a new icon design and improvements to the system floating window experience. Additional features such as banner notification slide-down activation and a repositionable minimal capsule have also been integrated.
realme GT7 Pro Launch
In addition to the realme UI 6.0 announcement, realme confirmed the upcoming release of the realme GT7 Pro this month. Promoted as a “dual-engine flagship,” this device will feature a substantial 6500mAh silicon battery with 120W fast charging capabilities.
