Apple today pushed the iOS 18 Beta 6 developer version update to eligible iPhone users. This update mainly adds speed effects and fixes problems, indicating that the development and testing of iOS 18 is nearing completion, and the official release is not far off.
What’s new in iOS 18 Beta 6?
- Photos App Collections: A new design for album collections has been introduced, with a separate card for each album and a main thumbnail on the left.
- Control Center: A new switch has been added to quickly turn Bluetooth on and off. It can be added to any Control Center page or placed on the lock screen.
- Dark Mode Notification Icons: Notifications received by apps with a dark mode icon will now display correctly.
- Icon Tint: If an icon is customized to match the color of the wallpaper, the icon will change when the wallpaper is changed.
- Apple Music: The “Browse” tab has been adjusted to the “New” tab.
