OnePlus India recently sparked excitement with a cryptic post on X (formerly Twitter), hinting at the possible arrival of OxygenOS 15, based on the newly released Android 15. This has led to speculation about whether the company is preparing to launch a new device or simply teasing the much-anticipated software update.

Decoding the Clues

The post features an image with the enigmatic code “00515,” which many believe translates to “OOS15,” suggesting the imminent release of OxygenOS 15. This theory is further fueled by the fact that OnePlus has been beta testing its Android 15-based OxygenOS for the past six months.

Android 15 Rollout Begins

Google recently initiated the rollout of Android 15 for its Pixel devices, with promises of enhanced security and user experience through AI features. Other manufacturers like iQOO and vivo have also announced their Android 15 update plans, with rollouts expected to continue through 2025.
