Positioned as an upgrade to the Edge 50 Fusion, the device features a curved display, advanced camera system, and artificial intelligence capabilities. The phone will be available for purchase starting April 9, 2025.
The Motorola Edge 60 Fusion boasts a 6.67-inch Super HD (1220p) pOLED display with a 96.3% screen-to-body ratio. The screen has a curvature of 45 degrees on the sides and 33 degrees on the top and bottom, resulting in a four-sided curved design. The display achieves a peak brightness of 4500 nits and supports HDR10+ with 100% DCI-P3 color gamut. Validated by Pantone for color accuracy, the display also features SGS-certified low blue light emission and DC dimming. It is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 7i. The phone features a dual rear camera system. The primary 50MP camera uses a Sony LYTIA 700C sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS) and all-pixel focus. The secondary 13MP ultrawide camera has a 120° field of view and includes a Macro Vision feature for close-up shots up to 3.5 cm. The front-facing camera is 32MP with Quad Pixel technology and can record 4K video. A 3-in-1 ambient sensor adjusts camera light sensitivity. The camera system incorporates AI-powered features such as Adaptive Stabilization, AI Photo Enhancement, and Google AI tools like Magic Eraser and Unblur.
The Motorola Edge 60 Fusion includes moto AI, which provides features like Magic Canvas for text-to-image generation and assist features such as Catch me up for notification summaries, Pay attention for recalling details, and Remember this for saving on-screen information. Moto AI uses a large language model (LLM) to provide context and facts about captured photos, stored locally on the device. Style Sync generates wallpapers based on the user’s outfit.
Constructed with four layers of glass fiber and a canvas or leather-inspired finish, the phone has passed 16 MIL-810H military-grade durability tests. It has IP68 and IP69 ratings for water and dust protection, withstanding submersion in up to 1.5 meters of fresh water for 30 minutes. The device operates in temperatures ranging from -20°C to 60°C and can withstand up to 95% humidity.
The Motorola Edge 60 Fusion is powered by the Mediatek7400 4nm processor. It comes in configurations with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. RAM Boost 4.0 allows temporary use of storage as virtual RAM (up to 24GB).
