Realme’s been on a roll lately, and their NARZO series is no exception. Today, we’re pitting the brand-new NARZO 70 Turbo against the slightly older but still capable NARZO 70 Pro. Let’s dive deep into their specs and see which one comes out on top.
realme Narzo 70 Turbo vs realme Narzo 70 Pro: Design & Display
Both phones sport that modern, minimalist look we’ve come to expect. The Turbo measures 161.7 x 74.7 x 7.6 mm and weighs 185g, while the Pro is slightly larger at 163 x 75.5 x 8 mm and 195g. The Turbo boasts a slimmer profile, but the Pro has a slightly better dust and water resistance rating with IP54 compared to the Turbo’s IP65.
When it comes to the display, it’s a tie. Both rock a gorgeous 6.67-inch OLED with 120Hz refresh rate, HDR support, and peak brightness of 2000 nits. The Turbo’s screen-to-body ratio is slightly higher at ~88.9% compared to the Pro’s ~87.3%. Scrolling through social media or watching videos is going to be buttery smooth and vibrant on either device. The resolution on both is 1080 x 2400 pixels, resulting in a crisp ~395 ppi density.
realme Narzo 70 Turbo vs realme Narzo 70 Pro: Performance
Here’s where things get interesting. The NARZO 70 Turbo packs the latest Mediatek Dimensity 7300 Energy chipset built on a 4nm process, while the Pro has the Dimensity 7050 on a 6nm process. Both are octa-core, but the Turbo’s newer chip and smaller process node promise better energy efficiency and performance. The Turbo’s CPU configuration is 4×2.5 GHz Cortex-A78 & 4×2.0 GHz Cortex-A55 cores, whereas the Pro has 2×2.6 GHz Cortex-A78 & 6×2.0 GHz Cortex-A55 cores.
For everyday tasks and even some gaming, both phones should handle things just fine. However, if you’re into intensive gaming or multitasking, the Turbo’s likely to have the edge thanks to its Mali-G615 MC2 GPU compared to the Pro’s Mali-G68 MC4.
In terms of memory, the Turbo offers configurations of 128GB 6GB RAM, 128GB 8GB RAM, and 256GB 12GB RAM, all with UFS 3.1 storage. The Pro has 128GB 8GB RAM and 256GB 8GB RAM options. The Turbo also supports microSDXC card expansion (shared SIM slot), whereas the Pro doesn’t have expandable storage.

The Turbo and Pro both have a 50MP main camera with PDAF, but the Pro’s has OIS for better stabilization. The Pro adds an 8MP ultrawide and a 2MP macro lens for more versatility. If you love capturing landscapes or getting those close-up shots, the Pro’s got you covered. The Turbo’s main camera has an f/1.8 aperture and a 27mm focal length, while the Pro’s is f/1.9 and 24mm.
Selfie lovers, you’re in for a treat with both phones offering a 16MP front camera. The Turbo’s selfie camera has an f/2.4 aperture, and the Pro’s is f/2.5. Both support panorama mode for selfies.
When it comes to video, the Turbo can shoot 4K@30fps and 1080p@30/60/120fps with gyro-EIS, while the Pro is limited to 1080p@30fps with gyro-EIS.
realme Narzo 70 Turbo vs realme Narzo 70 Pro: Battery & Charging
Both phones have a beefy 5000 mAh, non-removable battery, which should easily get you through a full day of use. We’ll have to wait for real-world tests to see if the Turbo’s newer chipset translates to better battery life. Both support USB Type-C 2.0 for charging and data transfer.
realme Narzo 70 Turbo vs realme Narzo 70 Pro: Other Features
Both phones have stereo speakers, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and an under-display optical fingerprint sensor. They also have the usual sensors like accelerometer, gyro, proximity, and compass. The Turbo has Bluetooth 5.4, while the Pro has Bluetooth 5.2. Both support GPS, GLONASS, GALILEO, BDS, and QZSS for positioning. Neither phone has NFC, an infrared port, or a built-in FM radio. Both run Android 14 with Realme UI 5.0 on top.
The Verdict: Which One’s for You?
If you’re looking for the absolute latest and greatest performance, better battery efficiency, and don’t mind sacrificing a few camera features or expandable storage, the NARZO 70 Turbo is the one to go for.
But if you want a more well-rounded phone with a versatile camera system, OIS, and still plenty of power, the NARZO 70 Pro is a fantastic option, especially if you value expandable storage.
No matter which one you choose, you’re getting a great phone. It all comes down to your priorities and budget.
