Ducati has unveiled the Multistrada V4 RS, setting a new benchmark in the adventure sportbike segment. This motorcycle isn’t just an upgrade; it’s a testament to Ducati’s commitment to innovation and performance.

Unrivaled Power and Performance

At the heart of the Multistrada V4 RS lies the formidable 1,103 cc Desmosedici Stradale V4 engine, a derivative of the powerhouse found in the Panigale V4. This engine churns out a staggering 177 bhp at 12,250 rpm and 118 Nm of torque at 9,500 rpm, making the V4 RS the most powerful motorcycle in its category. Complementing this power is an Akrapovic exhaust system, adding to both the performance and the auditory symphony of the bike.

Lightweight and Agile

Ducati has shaved off 3 kg from the Multistrada V4 Pikes Peak, making the V4 RS even more nimble and responsive. This weight reduction is achieved through the use of lightweight components, such as 17-inch forged aluminium wheels from Marchesini and a titanium subframe. The redesigned tail section further contributes to the streamlined and sporty aesthetic.

Precision Handling and Control

The Multistrada V4 RS boasts a state-of-the-art suspension system, featuring newly designed 48 mm Ohlins front forks with a titanium nitride (TiN) coating and an Ohlins TTX36 fully adjustable monoshock at the rear. Braking is handled by top-of-the-line Brembo Stylema monobloc calipers with dual 330 mm semi-floating disc brakes at the front and a Brembo two-piston floating caliper with a 265 mm disc brake at the rear.

Premium Pricing and Availability

The Multistrada V4 RS commands a premium price of ₹38,40,600 ex-showroom, making it the most expensive Multistrada in Ducati’s lineup. However, for riders seeking the pinnacle of adventure sportbike performance, the V4 RS is worth every penny. Deliveries are set to commence in early September 2024 across Ducati India’s dealership network.
